Wostawea maintains a strong partnership with Nordiq Canada, our national sport governing body for cross country and para nordic skiing in Canada.
Nordiq Canada works with provincial and territorial partners to coordinate and support the nationwide development of cross-country skiing from introductory experience to international excellence through leadership, education, promotion and training.
Cross Country New Brunswick is one Division of Nordiq Canada and manages the provincial delivery of programs and activities.
When you join Wostawea you automatically become a member of Cross Country New Brunswick and Nordiq Canada.

Wostawea Cross Country Ski Club is excited to announce that we are recipients of $10,200 from the @NordiqCanada Equity Initiative, funded by Sport Canada’s Community Sport for All Initiative. This money will be used to support the Wostawea- Outreach programs this ski season. Thank you @SportCanada_EN for helping us lower barriers and increase participation in cross-country skiing for equity deserving members of our community!
